Shipping

When will I receive my order?

Our frames are made to order, so in most cases if we have the console in stock we can create the frame in a couple of days. If we need to order parts in, it can take 5-7 days to make.
Once finished, we ship to the UK using next day delivery, US within 7-11 days with UPS, and international in around 15 days.
In some cases this can also depend on customs for international and EU orders.

All orders however are tracked, and you will receive the tracking details as soon as we ship.

How much will delivery cost?

We ship within the UK using next day delivery for free.

Orders shipped to the US will normally cost £20.

Orders to the EU and other international locations will be dependant on delivery address. This will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Can I change the delivery destination?

Once you've completed your order, we will use the delivery details provided. However when we ship your order, the tracking details may give you access to change the delivery options with the courier.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We package our frames in custom double-walled, cardboard boxes. They are wrapped in sufficient bubble wrap to keep them safe and secure.

In the situation where your frame has arrived damaged, contact us straight away. We'll review the damage, inform the courier and find a way to fix the issue as soon as possible.

All orders are insured and we're keen to make sure you receive your frame as promised!

Product Help

Do you use real consoles?

Yes. We source real consoles, non-repairable where possible. The chip boards are removed, desoldered and cleaned before displaying.

Are the original cases used?

We normally use replacement cases for the sake of display condition. We do use the original case when possible, especially for controllers but it depends if they are overly damaged.

Can I hang the frame straight away?

Yes. The frames are ready out of the box to display. They come with a mounting bracket on the back ready to hang on a mount that you supply.

Are console batteries displayed in the frame?

No. We remove the actual battery from the shell if we include the battery component in the print. In case of the Gameboy Advance SP, it is just the shell that is displayed, the battery has been removed.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes. If you have something in mind to frame technology/product wise, we are always keen to consider something new. We are also constantly reviewing other consoles and products to frame, so keep check.

Returns

What is your return policy?

All frames are made to order, but if there are any issues or you would like to make a return, contact us here.

Frames will need to be in the original packaging with no wear. Return shipping will need to be covered by the sender.

If your frame has arrived damaged, contact us straight away and we will do everything we can to fix the issue immediately.
